Bobbi brings with her over 30 years of experience as a Fiscal Tech within Human Services. The majority of her experience was as an Insurance billing expert for the Clarion County Mental Health System. Bobbi spent 6 years as the Administrative Assistant to the Representative Payee Services Program for Social Security Recipients.
